Our quality team is led by our Quality Manager and 3 inspectors with a combined 70 years of quality/inspection experience. A.W. Mercer takes quality seriously and proudly points to our 99.89% customer acceptance of orders that we ship. The A.W. Mercer Quality System is established to provide an organizational structure which ensures compliance to customer requirements. Our policy is simple yet effective.

That said, we consistently strive to exceed those requirements, and to maintain customer satisfaction through the continuous improvement processes in the areas of safety, workmanship, and on-time delivery.
A.W Mercer provides the resources, training, and tools necessary to implement our quality policy. Our system is “fluid” and can be adapted to meet specific and changing customer requirements.
A.W. Mercer has embraced Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing and each of our employees from our office personnel to our manufacturing personnel have undergone at least 36 hours of training. Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing has empowered our employees to find, implement, and document changes in our manufacturing systems that improve efficiency and quality.
